아워홈이 ‘구氏(씨)반가 낙지김치’를 출시했다.
이 제품은 고춧가루와 무채 등 갖은 채소를 넣은 양념을 국산 배추 포기째로 바른 뒤 잘린 낙지를 배추 사이 사이 넣었다.
숙성기간을 거치지 않고 생김치로 제공해 아삭하고 신선하며, 기호에 따라 숙성하면 더욱 쫄깃해진 낙지 식감을 즐길 수 있다.

Ourhome has launched a new product called ‘Gu Family Style Nakji Kimchi’.
This product is made by applying a seasoning blend of red pepper powder, radish strips, and other assorted vegetables directly onto whole Korean-grown napa cabbage. Sliced octopus is then placed between the layers of the cabbage.
It is offered as fresh kimchi without a fermentation period, making it crisp and refreshing. For those who prefer, allowing it to ferment enhances the chewy texture of the octopus.
