하림이 상온 밀키트 간편식 ‘더미식(The 미식) 초계국수’를 출시했다. 

이 제품은 동치미 육수 베이스에 국내산 하림 닭을 푹 고아낸 육수로 깊고 진한 감칠맛을 더했으며, 사과, 배, 무로 상큼한 단맛과 참기름으로 고소한 풍미를 더했다.

또한, 국내산 하림 닭가슴살을 동치미와 함께 숙성시켜 퍽퍽함 없이 부드러운 식감과 새콤달콤한 맛을 살린 닭고기 고명도 포함되어 있다. 특히, 면은 닭육수로 반죽한 후 기름에 튀기지 않고 고온에서 두 번 말린 건면을 사용하여 더욱 건강하고 쫄깃한 식감을 제공한다.

Harim has launched its room-temperature meal kit, "The Misik Chogye Noodles."

This product features a dongchimi broth base made from domestically sourced Harim chicken, enhancing the deep and rich umami flavor. It also includes refreshing sweetness from apples, pears, and radishes, along with a nutty aroma from sesame oil.

Additionally, the dish contains chicken breast that has been aged with dongchimi, resulting in a tender texture and a sweet-and-sour flavor without the usual dryness. Notably, the noodles are made from chicken broth and are not fried in oil; instead, they are dried at high temperatures twice, providing a healthier and chewier texture.
